At Loewen Design Studios, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our handcrafted furniture and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your piece isn't the perfect fit for your home, we offer a straightforward return process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our studio team via email or our contact form with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare for Shipping

  Carefully disassemble and pack the item in its original packaging materials to ensure it remains protected during the transit back to our workshop.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

  Once your return is authorized, we will help coordinate a freight pickup for large furniture items or provide a shipping label for smaller studio accessories.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our artisans inspect the returned item to confirm it is in original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus applicable shipping fees.
