How long will it take to receive my order?
Since each item is handcrafted to order, our standard lead time is typically 6 to 8 weeks. Shipping times vary by location, but we provide tracking information as soon as your piece leaves our studio.
What are your shipping and delivery options?
We offer insured freight shipping across North America. For larger items, we provide curbside delivery as standard, with white-glove inside delivery options available at checkout for an additional fee.
How do I care for my solid wood furniture?
To maintain the beauty of your piece, we recommend cleaning with a soft, damp cloth and avoiding harsh chemical cleaners. We also suggest maintaining a consistent humidity level in your home to prevent natural wood movement.
What is your return policy for custom furniture?
Because our custom pieces are built specifically to your requirements, they are generally non-returnable. However, if there is a structural defect or shipping damage, we will work quickly to repair or replace the item at no cost to you.
